1/2 avocado
handful of spinach
1/4 cup coconut milk
a titch of water
1/4 cup of frozen blueberries
1 scoop of rice/protein powder (CanPrev Protein-Pro + Greens & Berries)
blend in blender or bullet – use can drink this with a straw or scoop it with a spoon.
