2 mini cucumbers, 1 carrot, a big chunk of ginger, 3 celery stalks, green apple!

When I made this drink this morning, it looked so pretty I had to put in a martini glass. I left a glass for Jeff by his cereal bowl. When I got back, it was all-gone.

Simple feelgood insight: If you don’t have a juicer, eat the cucumber, carrot, and celery stalk for breakfast. Steep some water and place the ginger in and create a fresh cup of ginger tea. And the green apple, save it for later in the day!
