#evansgreensmoothee has grown from being a vegan feelgood smoothee that you can have anytime of the day to an everyday wellness choice.

1. 1st Application, the recipe

For two – share with someone you love!

1 avocado

Handful of organic spinach – if you are small like me (big handful)

½ cup rice milk, almond milk, coconut milk (this is what I use) or water

Banana – mmmmmmmm

Blend all ingredients together; the consistence should be thick, like yogurt, ‘spoonable’.

Options for top ups:  Rice protein, 1 tablespoon of omega oil, I open up a enzyme capsule (vegyzyme – a brand I sell) and yum! I drink this way or sometimes use it as a topping on my hot quinoa cereal – with frozen raspberries and blueberries.

Top it off with a drop of oregano oil, this adds an immune boost for the day! The kick!

This drink is filled with all nutrients such as; protein, essential fatty acids, alkalies the body, and stabilizes enzymes and creates vitality. *It can be used as a meal replacement or snack

2. 2nd Application; dog nutrition

Offer you dog a tablespoon in their bowl, (for large breed). Teaspoon for small breed. Koda’s barks for her #evansgreensmoothie when she sees the blender coming out of the draw

3. 3rd Application; the facial

This morning I was thinking… hmmmmm if I take a tablespoon of this smoothee and put in all over my face, I have now created a simple morning mask for my skin. So, I did it. It felt so good going on. And it slightly stiffens to the point where you feel the texture of your skin tighten enough to feelgood. Leave it on for 10-30 minutes and then wash off. Great idea eh!

4. 4th application; 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm snack when you’re starving and you want to shove food in your face cause it’s the end of the day and your serotonin levels have dropped, your exhausted, and life feels complicated!!!
