There are so many products on the market, many are labeled immune boosters or say they have some added immune boost supplement in the list of ingredients. Does it get confusing sometimes as to what to take, when to take it and how to take it?

Making it simple, and once again, going back to basics, you can start this now. Save this for when you feel under the weather, or when you first feel the signs of fatigue, un-wellness, flu like symptoms, etc.

 

Oregano oil: 1 drop in an ounce or two of water, everyday for 6 weeks.

Quercetine: 1 two 2 capsules per day through out the fall and winter season.

NAC: Keeps the lungs and bronchele tubes open, 1 capsule daily

Fresh Ginger (organic): step it, eat it, cook with it, I love it!

I wouldn’t be my feelgood self if I didn’t once again share; eat greens, steam greens, juice greens, add greens to soup.
