1 avocado

Handful of organic spinach – if you are small like me (big handful)

½ cup rice milk, almond milk, coconut milk (this is what I use) or water

Banana – mmmmmmmm

Blend all ingredients together; the consistence should be thick, like yogurt, ‘spoonable’.

I top it off with; rice protein (Sunwarrior), 1 tablespoon of Udo’s choice oil, I open up a enzyme capsule (vegyzyme – a brand I sell) and yum! I drink this way or sometimes use it as a topping on my hot quinoa cereal – with frozen raspberries and blueberries.

Top it off with a drop of oregano oil and you’ve add your immune boost for the day! The kick!

This drink is filled with all nutrients, protein, essential fatty acids, alkalizes the body, and stabilizes enzymes and creates vitality. *It can be used as a meal replacement.
